I am a home builder seeking an investor to help me get started building houses in the Salt lake city area. I would be interested in Installment type loans. My business plan is unique in that I have almost no need to use sub contractors. I can build homes from start to finish. I am a journeyman and highly skilled in Excavation, concrete, framing, H.V.A.C. cabinetry, electrician. I have experience in roofing, tile and hardwood flooring, vinyl siding, stucco, glass, doors, moldings. I have a college degree in residential construction. Not hiring sub contractors allows for a larger profit when the home sells. I live in Clearfield UTAH right by Hill Air Force base one of UTAH'S largest employers. They are hiring 5000 new employees in the next 5 years and have plans to hire many more in the next 10 years. This makes the home building industry very strong here. There is a lot of land here also.
