I thought I would post this and see if I could find a partner or two to start my career in real estate investing.Basically, I want to be the money partner for the first few transactions to an experienced investor so that I can learn as much as I can about the business.

Maybe my skills are valuable to someone else willing to partner?

What I recommend is doing research on top flippers in those areas, verify that they truly know what they're doing, and that they know how to make money.Then try to partner with them.

I have a SF that cash flows well in TX, but I was a W2 employee with a better income when I bought, now I do contract work.I'd like to partner with a W2 investor so that they can get the loan.  

Our group has enjoyed partnering with a number of California investors who help fund Phoenix remodel and new build projects.
