He received over $1M of completely bogus IRS refunds in total.When the IRS criminal investigators finally caught up with him, the Orlando US Attorney's office declined to prosecute this upstanding citizen who, by the way, also engaged in other honorable activities such as physical abuse of his son and stealing from his late mother's estate.Telling y'all, we need to learn to work smarter, not harder.

I plan on discussing with her contacting the Senior Living Assistance program (highly recommended by the city inspector) as I do believe that she would be entitled to additional supports that may help her with activities of daily living.

I'm looking at a particular property that has a junior note going up for auction for $25K, and there is a senior performing mortgage for $150K....is it possible to buy the $25K note and then pay off the senior mortgage, and hope the homeowner doesn't redeem within 6 months?
