Hello,

I'm a US citizen currently living abroad, preparing now to purchase my first apartment to rent out. Does anyone here have experience with this, and would be able to give me advice regarding anything particular I need to do as an expat? I've been seeing a lot of contradictory stuff online. thanks all!
