Normally I suggest listening to the podcasts or reading the blog posts but it sounds like you've already go that covered :)As far as networking, Bigger Pockets has a great member search feature you could use to search for members in Rhode Island, then you could reach out to some directly.You could also attend a networking group in or near Rhode Island such as RIREIG or Black Diamond REI.

The reason why I am making this post is; one, to be more active in BP and two, find different ways people go about searching for markets and submarkets.

Hello guys,I am in search of a Contractor who can provide reasonable and reliable pricing on a project like this. 

The positive is that a good skip tracing company can conduct your searches with an outdated mailing address.

You might find more success in expanding your search parameters.

*This advice is anecdotal, but I personally would stay away from Home Depot, Lowes, and other box stores vinyl planking.
