If you've increase the value by 50-70%, you should expect taxes to go up in kind.Insurance definitely looks low and that round number makes me think it's an estimate.Your repairs and maintenance is way too low.

Our NJ governor has just declared via Royal Fiat that any tenant - any - whether adversely affected or not- can use their security deposit to pay rent, either whole or part.

I would just add that you will never be a first time buyer again with that golden ticket of a 3.5% down payment if you are eligible for FHA.
