I noticed that my traffic went up and my costs went down.Sure, the quality might not be as good as the search traffic but after I get a certain amount of clicks, I'll be able to implement re-marketing - where once a user clicks on my ad, it will follow them around...forever.

As far as property value, we intend to hold on to our rentals for the long haul so we are more worried about how it affects rental income and quality of renter.

Can I expect flooring in this price range to be quality, or would I need to pay up for a better quality.

@Marco Santarelli Thanks Marco for the reply,,, as you know out of area clients need an EXTREME amount of help both in Quality of property but Quality of the people they are dealing with and all vertically integrated. from wholesaler to Marketer to rehabber to PM.

Stay in the middle on the price and quality and deals like this won't be needed.Kassandra

It costs more but for value and quality it is much better.

I'm trying to put myself in their shoes to figure out what it might take to help inspire me to keep it clean, tell quality friends, and leave in a good mood.

I'd forget about their "estimates" and do a little research on insurance, landscaping, utilities.On the surface of it, $2100 gross per month for 99.5k seems pretty decent to me, but you have to consider location, age , quality of construction, etc.

Now I am playing devils advocate here I have bought my share of screaming deals but 5k for this quality of home seems a bit much..Just curious of the responses if any.. or if everyone on here thinks hey buy as low as possible no matter who you take advantage of.This is right up there with Guru ism in my mind :)
