I have a higher nightly rate because I can sleep more people, my taxes and insurance are higher.  

The second  problem is it is difficult to find people who will do preparation of the land for the mobile hand ,and also  I don't really know what is better/easier/cheaper...putting concrete pillars in the ground every 8 feet or putting down an asphalt or concrete slab.

So you may go through more people before you find someone hot for the unit to vet.

I couldn't imagine managing a property from out of state unless you had an extremely strong team of people in your market to help with showings, inspections, repairs, etc.

If she paid other people, you basically hired her as a GC.

Except I didn't get sued by the Marion County Health Department; my timelines and the people are the same...

Based on researches I have done, many people like investing in Orlando FL right now so I was looking there for now.

As @Charles Carillo said, you can make the most of that time, but most people just waste the 4-5 years and then end up doing something unrelated to their degree field anyway.Maybe look into a Trade School, like an electrical one....nice clean work that pays really well.

Most people don't keep good books anyway.
