Over the past 12 months, I've noticed a considerable decline in service - most notably billing errors and other confusion with respect to my account.

I did find a few properties here in Queens, NY, that I have not seen listed anywhere but I was not able to get in contact with the owner.

My tax professional is telling me I am not able to depreciate the rental properties through the LLC (management company) if the deed is in another LLC, land trust or my personal name.

I am not able to get loan on LLC so all the properties I have purchased are on my name.
