What are your experiences with VRBO guests? 

This will depend on the type of loan, size of the deal, experience, FICO, and property location.

I like talking to people as part of my research journey, and in my experience there are some people who don’t mind and are willing to help.

I cannot think of anything  I have a duplex that I found out a month ago that at some point in the past the property kitty corner had the units converted to condo and the owner is selling both units individually.  

I’m partnering with a friend who has experience with this and is also a realtor.

A couple of local individuals as well.

However, I would like to gain some practical experience in the world of Notes as well.

A little bit about my experience in Real Estate… I started a couple years ago doing some house flips in Detroit ( It was a 2 year plan) then decided to sell everything, moved to Washington DC which can’t afford anything in the DMV area but last year I purchased a very nice 3500 SQFT Duplex in Shaker Heights, suburb of Cleveland. 

Does anyone have experience building in this area?
