Now that you mention it, I'm 90% sure that those services provide cell phone numbers (I'm called to my cell phone from random advertising on a regular basis because they get it from services like this).But if you want to make sure you're getting their cell phones 100%...

You don't have to have a high paying job to save money each month either, if you don't make a ton of money at your regular job you just have to decide to live frugal AF and focus on what's most important.

I've been to a couple local meetups, but nothing I've really stuck with regularly or that I would consider networking groups.Good luck!

Hello,I am a newbie into real estate investment and am still learning from this community.I am looking for a reliable title company that I am planing to use on a regular basis for buying REO homes.What do people use for title search for King/Pierce/Snohomish counties.

If this was regular real estate the seller would pay those fees.  

We came up with $1500 per month over regular expenses Grocery budget; $600 a month - we know that's the level that we don't have to think about prices.  

When a landlord has a tenant that regularly pays late, as this one would if not corrected, it is always the landlords fault for not having enforced their rules.If this tenant again pays late your next step is to post a pay or quit on the 2nd of the month. 

Even if you're dealing with cookie cutter properties, there's no guarantee that a particular one will go for the same price as an identical one went for last week.

If you're bringing in regular business, the title company will usually work with you to keep fees lower, you just have to ask.Also, there are other advantages to working with a title company besides the insurance aspect.
