I'm taking live calls now as a test to my marketing efforts.

I am looking for the knowledge of a past or present realtor to answer these questions for me:Once you pass the test to become a licensed realtor can you have access right away to the premium part of the MLS?

Just asking..I personally use the bright yellow poster board and hand write all of my signs.My mentor tested 500 different types of signs and found that the hand written yellow posterboard signs pull the most calls.

I am actually in the same boat, I have passed all my tests for the real estate license exam in NY, and I will start by being a salesperson, and doing flips.

If it was built near or before 1978, get it tested.  

Its also probably safe to say he already knows and is testing you out to see if you lie or not.  

It's a fairly depressed area with crime, unemployment, drugs, etc....BUT the real estate is very cheap and it rarely appreciates.

The "unsafe" situation was there were drug dealers there and they found some needles laying around when they arrested the people and the county health officials condemned it.

I would like to test these limits and go as high as possible and help as many people along the way.
