Do you notice that the most unmotivated sellers call the moment they get your letter? 

Getting calls all through dinner tonight, everyone wants to sell. I want dinner (and a deal). I'm taking live calls now as a test to my marketing efforts. Lot less F bombs.

My favorite time is random, not after mailings, couple of days later. That's the good one.
