Put together a log with start and stop times, detailed description of the activity, names of people you met with, etc.

@Jay Hinrichs You are probably right...that may be a better description of what happened. 

Then I looked at the major website such as zillow, I realized that since the two units have the same address, Zillow collapses the advertisement - I can see pictures of both units, however, I can't see description of any unit ( I know as a fact that my agent put in the description).

I don't see too many red flags from your brief description but I do know that MOST new investors would pay TOO much for a property like this. 

(I take the property descriptions with a grain of salt.)

@Julie George, also, read the legal description of the property, that should tell you the storage number.
