Can I record NOT where property is located?
Hi guys,
I live in Arizona, and have couple of properties out of state. Am I obligated to record anything property related in the assessors office where a property is located? For instance, I am buying in Pennsylvania, can I record deed of the title from my personal name to my LLC in Arizona's assessors office? Or it has to be recorded in Pennsylvania?
