There is no way that a wholesaler with little or no money will be viewed or called an "investor" in any court, it's a business operation and you are the operator.So, the business of wholesaling as popularly put together is more than likely going to be viewed as being in a business of contracting, without the ability to perform as initially stipulated and then selling a contract as the right to sell for compensation.
