The lease already has a buyout clause in it so I am still debating if I will even give this month to month choice.

Hello all,This is a topic that has been covered multiple times but I needed opinions on my personal situation.I am currently debating whether I should leave my current corporate America job to work for a real estate investing company wholesaling or flipping houses.

Without that information there is no point in debating over what to do because we don't have all the information required to make an educated decision. 

Not saying you are kicking a dead horse, but this is debated/argued/discussed ad nauseam here already.Given your limiting factors, I would still use leverage and do something else to put my money to work if I couldn't buy another property.
