Should I Stay or Should I Go???

Hello all,

This is a topic that has been covered multiple times but I needed opinions on my personal situation.

I am currently debating whether I should leave my current corporate America job to work for a real estate investing company wholesaling or flipping houses. I have always wanted to get started but my time is very limited with my current schedule. Though my job is not too hard, I don't like having to report to an office for 10 hours a day.

I think this route will help minimize the risk of failure and build me up for the future. I also have a background in financial and real estate accounting that I believe will be beneficial to the company I would join. I know it will not be easy but I have never been one to take the easy route. I am always willing to do what must be done.

Any and all opinions/suggestions are greatly appreciated.

(I don't like having to report to an office for 10 hours a day.)

I have been doing real estate investing for 20 plus years and still dislike coming to the office. That's no reason to leave your PAYING job. UNLESS, the new job is going to pay you or you have 18 mths of money saved to get you thur, testing the waters and finding out if you have the  ability to make money as a entrepreneur. The last thing to consider in general is, if you leave your PAYING job and don't make it can you easily get a job back that will pay your bills? I'm telling you not to do it, just have a plan and think it thur.

I wish you the best!
