The only pictures within the texts are stock photos and they're from the 90s; I might as well had just text!

You might have pictures and some details, but nothing first hand for the adjuster to review. 

A week ago the tenants sent a picture showing all the front soffits down and when I sent a crew out there they went in the attic and told me there was damage.

I guess if you want to start out, it might be worthy to explore virtual assistant positions as a side hustle for real estate companies - help them gather data, compile customer data, etc.

What was the cost to dispose of and where the amazing pictures.

You need to start with a main screen, put the fields you want on the screen and put pictures of buttons you click with descriptions explaining how you want to sort records, what you want on reports, etc.Starting when the first personal computers were invented, I spend more than $150,000 trying to find the right computer for my company and trying to find the right software and I always had to develop my own from scratch.

I have similar problems with our plumbing and construction customers where customers negotiate, agree to a deal and then try to change the deal so they for something selfish that benefits them and with no concern or regards for your welfare. 

I know nothing about the country except from the pictures I have seen.
