Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Wells.

Purchase price: $384,000
Cash invested: $15,000

Live-in flip property. This is my primary residence but we've been updating the property over past year.

Updates: New appliances, all new trim and paint throughout, new carpets throughout, remodeled bathrooms and kitchen. Added outdoor patio and updated overgrown and old landscaping.

Details: Purchased at $384k, appraised at $420k, estimated ARV $510k.
