I started to listen to that podcast because I wanted to learn on how to achieve financial freedom. 

As far as the profile picture goes I completely agree, but I have tried multiple times with no success.

As for the original question I do believe the VA benefit is removed from the property once the VA member no longer owns the property, so if they can successfully assume the loan terms they should be able to do what ever they want with the property.

Boston Fair Housing Commission...you have successfully convinced me never to buy property in MA. haha

It all depends what are your true goals and if you are able to have the income without a degree to achieve buying your rentals.
