I did it by brute force and came up with 16.8% if the compounding is daily.But, while this is mathematically an annuity, its not what would commonly be called an annuity.

@Tyler Warne I would agree to let the tenant out of the lease, because you do not want to force that tenant into a situation they do not want to be in and they my very well just move anyway.
