thanks for the introduction on yourself and it looks like you have a solid plan in the next few years to get started in real estate investing.

I'm trying to make an introduction, and placed it in the wrong place.

Does anyone have a paragraph or two that would fit for this scenario?  

My gut tells me to walk away from this but I only have the paragraph of info you posted.

Nice introduction of who the actual principals are and short bios   ( fraudsters dont do that generally) but some bigger companies dont either.. but its something I personally like to see.2.
