Pet addendum language to protect landlord's own dog from tenants?

Hi everyone

My wife and I just purchased our first investment property.  It's one lot with two separate homes.  Each have their own address.

We have a signed lease with the tenants looking to rent the front house.  They have a cat, we have a Rottweiler.  But he largely ignores cats.  Both properties have 7' privacy fences and we have a private entrance leading to our property.

We've provided the tenants with a pet addendum, however there's no language in there protecting our dog should anything happen to their cat.  Does anyone have a paragraph or two that would fit for this scenario?  We're using the BiggerPockets pet addendum for reference.

Thank you!

Jason
