What I can't seem to find explicitly stated anywhere, is that because of my tax bracket (< $75,300 married filing jointly), our long term capital gains tax is actually 0% on our gains (no capital gains for some investors).Am I correct in thinking that we will be treated as investors, and not as a dealer with inventory since this was my primary residence (so no self employment tax, or income tax on the gains)?
