I also agree with Greg in that its best to see it yourself but honestly I am still seeing houses go in a day or two around here and all the wholesale deals are done on the spot so you could end up coming down for nothing(maybe plan a weekend here and look at a lot of homes at once?) 

The last one I listed was a month ago and I had 12 offers over asking the first weekend (listed it Friday, signed a contract Monday).  

I don't know about you, but that sounds like business friendly government to me.Yes this is correct, it doesn't matter if it's around Christmas or the dead of winter, you can still get an eviction. 

Instead, you might want to talk to your realtor about your concern. 3 days is not a very long time, especially since you haven't even hit the weekend yet.

I'm going to look at the house this weekend where I'll be meeting my contact and her cousin to figure out the best way to get the house sold and make them an offer.

I thought I could just start plugging in numbers from listings I find online as a way to practice, but I'm wondering if that would be a wise use of time, or will it throw me off since most of what I find online will be market listings that are priced too high.Also, does anyone know if there are local Boise meetups on the weekends?

I'm just not to confident someone willing to pay up to be in this area is going to want to spend his/her weekends mowing a 1/2 acre property and cleaning a pool.

So I searched on craigslist, and there are some other small time maids who charge much less than big agencies like Molly Maid, merry maid, weekend maids, etc.I figure the craigslist maids can only be as bad as the big agency maids.I haven't had to hire a crew for move-out cleaning in years, but this time, I have to, because my tenants are college kids who have never done a chore in their lives.A long time ago, I hired mollymaid, and the maid dumped waste water into the sink, clogging it up.
