The more I look into the credit system the more it becomes clear, it's ALL about pumping the markets, and the normies eat it right up.. 

What systems do you have in place that have saved you time and allowed you to focus on what you do best?

There's usually a significant amount of rewiring to do when breaking up electrical connections, and separating water usage can really be tricky depending on how the plumbing was run.

IRS or state tax liens, perhaps some other mortgage, water liens, and maybe some HOA dues. 

Hopefully it will go higher than that.Getting comfortable with the process will make it easier the next time you see a foreclosure.Bonus: bring a few bottled waters and do some networking.

Did I mention we have a view of the water from the back patio and a kayak launch at the park across the street?

Has anyone found any foundation systems that can be installed without having to move a doublewide thats been in place for a decade or two?

So does this mean the landlord would have to hold the unit vacant for the 4-6+ weeks it takes to get enrolled in the section 8 system and get inspected? 

I have a definite bias to MHP since I have owned 4 of them.. it really depends on the class of park and where it is..a well position west coast park with city sewer and water and park set homes that are newer and not full of junky single wide's is rock solid in my mind..
