That being said, I've been doing some research, as I live in California as well, and there are tricks you can use to try to skirt the issue but they're not guaranteed and could result in large back payments if the FTB finds out.

The trick is, you need to build relationships with your rep, know how they work, know how they make money, and ask how you could help them either in career or monetary matters (commission).

I don't think there would be enough interesting traffic on X....here on BP can be entertaining...and even though tax sales pretty specific to the location, sometime you can learn some tips and tricks from investors in other locations.
