My idea was that prices were going to continue to rise and that I would be able to refinance in order to modernize and fix up the condo.

The urban growth boundary keeps inventory in check and prices at a steady rise, in my opinion. 

Prices keep rising very quick to where I have seen a lot of properties going for they were selling at the peak around 2006.At the same token, you still can find deals, hard but possible.

I think it's great that the markets are on the rise everywhere.

Generally speaking, failure to perform pursuant to the terms of a Contract gives rise to damages in the amount it would take to remedy the situation and make the parties whole as if the contract was performed to its terms.

I have to weigh the balance of no longer having to deal with the cats vs having to walk the dogs all the time again (and the fact that the house will continue to rise in value in the coming years...do I want to miss out on that).Thoughts? 

Talk to other owner in a condo complex and take the temperature of the HOA.

Do you think the market in Lynnwood is going to continue to rise quickly, or level out?
