investment properties in Austin below 200K?

Hi, I live in CA and is considering investing in Austin. My strategy is to buy and hold and I am focusing on properties under 200K that could give a decent 1% return. However since the housing market has gone up quite a bit. I could not find any properties that fit into my price range. I wonder is it still possible to find such investments in Austin these days.
