Credit Card  and HELOC loans are usually a last resort and require much discipline and responsibility when the bulling statements come and keeping their payment requirements done on time and paid off as soon as possible. 

If you can provide the selling price and condition of the property I can give a better response.

We are super responsible when it comes to finances and watch all bank accounts closely. 

The agent does have some responsibility for putting the fact in the listing.

They’ll likely realize that they have it good with a landlord that is responsive and that they actually are paying a very fair price.Good luck, this business can pull on your heart strings at times.
