Hey everyone,

Very exited to have learned about BP thought he podcast! Have been binge for the last week and a half and finally have time to sit down and introduce myself. So far this seems to be the best resource for information and advice I can find without paying for a seminar that just wants to upsell for a longer seminar.

My Name is Mark Fagan, and I live in Richmond VA. I started in real estate investing about 5 years ago when I bought a BRRR row house in quiet Richmond neighborhood. While in the process of finding contractors and meeting people, I learned about historic renovation tax credits. What a hell of a program. It has paid us back 5 times our initial investment in income tax savings alone. Either way, the neighborhood has skyrocketed and the home has almost doubled in value.

With all of that said, I am no expert on any of this. Most of my success on that one property was getting lucky enough to meet the right people. Now it is time to get serious and make this grow.

Looking forward to further discussions, and reading peoples responses to questions.
