It's not clear from your post...but most CPA firms are going to prepare and file the forms for you...they're not going to let you DIY forms online and then submit them for you.If you want to DIY you're best suited to using DIY software, for which a simple google search should pull up the biggest and most well known.

Think about who you want to live in the place and also ask if one of the floor plans could be converted to have a suite in the basement.  

While you could win a discrimination suit and I hope you do if you are in the right,  I would think twice on cashing that check.

Tell them it is affecting your health and putting you at risk of losing employment and that failure to release you will result in a civil suit and a complaint with the Texas REALTORS Association.

For example a 300K sqft office building will have a lot more work involved for the engineers than a 30k sqft office building since the engineer will need to go into each suite, if the buildouts are different.
