There was a sun room that was added to the house and I’m planning to  have that finished ( insulated and dry walled and vent added) and use that as great room and add a wall to enclose the  kitchen to access  the back unit which  will have have access to 1 bedroom.

As a whole the Amarillo market never really appreciates much, maybe a percent or so a year but it’s pretty flat, we don’t have the ups but we also don’t have the downs. obviously it’d depend on your type of property, but cheap properties have gone up and middle range properties have dried up.
