The question is do I need to transfer my money from my savings account in Bank X to my checking account in Bank Y to sit for two months there to be considered seasoned?

Many seasoned Realtors, especially on these forums, likely already know what I'm going to share and use escalations all the time.

I know tax season is here so I'm sure the burnout will be very real for all you CPAs but this is what it is like sometimes working for yourself anyway.

Most refinance loans I've seen have a seasoning period of 12 months at most, and sometimes it's as low as 4-6 months. 

Feedback from seasoned or experienced persons would be great.

What is responsible for the variation in the tavern's rent (I assume it is based on a percentage of receipts but inquiries should be made as it seems the business is seasonable given the wide variation you cite).
