What is a standard commission for buyer's agent?

I'm a bit full as far as being available to mentor or anything like that.There's 2 agents in my real estate office (a team) that will find a deal, line up a bid with a trusted contractor, and do an entire flip for you (they will let you be as hands on or totally passive as you want).

I’ve got a $500,000 3/2 SFR built in ‘03 only pulling $2,100 🤯😭 (and I verified those numbers w/a bunch of investors and agents that LIVE in Texas!) 

Appraisal came back low, but we were able to fix with the listing agent.

@Jess Wagner So, your real estate broker approved you to manage STR & MTR and they updated their E&O policy to cover this activity by one of their agents?

Occupied for 6 years and sold for enormous profit Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?
