FHA Loan Appraisal -Safety Issues
Appraisal came back low, but we were able to fix with the listing agent. However, the appraiser says that the stairs are of safety concern, and I need to be rebuild to code. However, several properties that are the exact same had no problem with the FHA loan and the county says the stairs are to code. Any recourse?
