You can buy lots of affordable books online (Short-Term Rental, Long-Term Growth is a good one to start with) and I would also recommend subscribing to podcasts, publications etc.

Tax sales again advanced strategy for those that really know what they are doing dont recommend it for those just starting out.12. foreclosures when they start to come back ton of work but if you work a smaller county with less competition there can be some sweet deals..
