Hi allI recently signed up for Stessa Pro and having difficulty getting the properties and accounts set up right. 

I'm reviewing my rental property insurance after having gone through issues with the first ever claim on my current policy, which we're finding out has poor claims service and lacks ordinance or law coverage.

Much will depend on the price of the property, for sub $100k I’d expect to pay something extra. 

Whether it be driving you around, going to propertys to take pictures, or even following up with owners to close or continue a deal.

Instead of selling the house and losing a significant amount to closing costs, so we also considered renting it out.The challenge is that I don’t have much experience as a landlord.

Cash invested: $2,000 I am currently working on an inherited property, so that I can rent my home out. 4 Bedroom 2 full bath. 900+ sq/ft Full brick home.Currently rehabbing this house.

I’ve looked on the county’s property tax inquiry, it’s listed the 2020-2023 property tax years as “property taxes sold”.
