Good day to you all!
My name is JJ and a really good buddy from my church guided me to this website. I hear this is a great place for real estate investors to come and help each other out. I just moved out to Belfair, Washington and would like to dip my feet in the real estate industry. As it seems to be the only way to make it in this world nowadays. I am only 20 years old and have a lot to learn. I am willing to learn as well. I know there is alot of experience investors out there, so any help is valuable and appreciated. I know your time is valuable and I want to respect and honor that. If you are in the Washington area close to me. I would not mind trying to be a help for you, for your time. Whether it be driving you around, going to propertys to take pictures, or even following up with owners to close or continue a deal. You name it. I will try my best to get the job done. I know there are propertys out there to find. I just need the guidance to get to work finding them. I thank you all for your time and effort.

@Jeremiah Hipp I would start by looking on Facebook and Meetup to see if there are any real estate groups or in person meetups close to your location. I think you would likely need to go to Tacoma or Gig Harbor to find the most options. I think you will have the best time connecting with people in person.
In the meantime you can start by looking at all the properties that are on the market in your area to get a sense of what's available and what prices they are closing at vs what they are listed at.
