@Ken Williams, did you have any progress with VA? 

I only bite off what I can chew and of course the military always comes first but I work around the clock to do what I can to make progress in both aspects of my life.

Welcome Juan...and congrats on your progress to date. 

For example, if you're looking at rentals, you want to be sure (besides population and employment that you mentioned) that the demographics (think millennials), supply (and pipeline), affordability, industry diversity, path of progress and access to lifestyle are clearly present.  

Is there a system where they can keep track and submit leads and be able to see progress of there leads? 

Track the leads, provide a method for the bird dogs to follow the progress of each lead for accountability.7.

Some areas of Fountain Square seems to be progressing quicker than others from what I have seen (mostly to the west side of the area).I don't do much in the Wayne township area, so not much input I can give you for that area.  

Someone who will call me at the end of the day with a progress report of what's been done/not getting done.  

I'm a NC Licensed General Contractor and Professional Engineer, so rehabbing was a natural progression for me.
