And problem with covid inflation is mainly just typical logistical supply demand issue as they are not ready, so i think Fed is unwise when they increase the rate (after they print money so much) too high too fast, they could just say oh we will have automatic policy where we will maintain 25bps to core CPE, then the policy would be making more sense.

So it would read “NewCo, LLC” x__________ by [printed name], it’s authorized representative/manager/ CEO-whatever your title.
