We were originally looking for STR Property in Miramar Beach and stumbled across this gem.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

During a team meeting, a co-worker asked if I was still interested in an investment property. He mentioned that the home he was currently renting was going to be sold. He then introduced me to the Listing Agent.
