Senior doc may do the most complicated parts of the heart surgery, while jr. doc may open up the patient and stitch them up....relatives might be trained to change dressings, etc...Trying to get bypass surgery down to $2000/ all in.   

I have seen some stuff come up that are partially done, looks like investors got in too deep and are trying to bail. be patient and keep looking.

We mostly been patient and find these, but I suspect we would have accumulated more wealth if our goals for each purchase was reduced.
