Once you kill and block access (which is extremely difficult) you must train the tenants to not attract them in the first place.

So, I'm just going to suggest getting some further training and education to make sure your understanding of it is correct.

No liquidity + no experience + creative financing = high probability of a train wreck for someone (probably some already desperate homeowner).

I will pay for the treatment once and do all the reasonable preventative maintenance that I can, but also level set expectations by messaging to the tenants to not necessarily assume that this will be a regular ongoing maintenance that I the landlord will continue to pay for.

And to your other question - if it is properly installed by a trained professional, it really isn't "cheap"..... but it is far less expensive than the alternative of pre-cast stone in the same designs, or building up that same detail in other traditional methods..... but then again, it is not as strong as stone either.

Sounds like this tenant is seeking attention; sort of like a dog that wants treats and barks and barks until the treat is delivered - congratulations, the dog has been trained to bark even more.What I'm getting at is the messaging to you has been the tenant seeking attention, and you supplied it; now the tenant is very aware of the attention getting device, and how it works.
