I've worked with dozens of investors who have tested both the standard and premium listings on Zillow.

My only roadblock is there is a deed restriction that states "No use of said property pursuant to rental agreement (oral, written, or otherwise) or other landlord - tenant relationship.

Existing security deposits are unaffected here, but we are no longer allowed to collect more than one month's rent in deposits and fees. 

Some of my rentals are grandfathered in, but are in areas where re-building would no longer be permitted. 

Save yourself the hassle and avoid these common pitfalls no matter how much you like the name or "professional" you believe the entities may appear.  

If you stay true to your pursuit, I’ve no doubts you will find those things off of the corporate ladder.

Credit cards - store specific, general business expenses, etc.Any POV you have on what has worked for you would be great!

How easy is it to find banks/lenders that offer cash-out refinancing with short or no seasoning periods?

Do you have the skills to do the work yourself, or would you have to hire someone?

Find ways to make the expensiveness work in your favor.
