Hi all, I have been interested in getting involved in real estate investing for quite some time, and I am just now feeling brave enough to start actually taking action! I have done some light perusing, but I am wondering what real estate investing looks like here in OC. I know prices are very steep here, and I would love to hear some insight from anyone in the area.

@Maggie Hanner welcome to BP in the OC.  Check out some local meetups.  I am finishing up a flip in Laguns Hill and Mission Viejo now.
