Hello Ladies and Gentleman,I am trying to find a different route to get in touch with property owners.

The pictures are of the ones under construction, they will add some cool colors to the exterior, but nothing crazy so it will still look modern and not dated 10 years from now.

I reported five this week....BTW---the lady with DBPR also stated Craigslist is a "hotbed of illegal activity".

Another lady, later turned out to be Chinese, was also looking, and we started talking.

I want the property only because it was a family house. it's not mandatory and I only want if it the lady that owns it is willing to let it go for cheap.

MarieCheleAfter over 50 years investing in Norther California, I can tell you something for 100% sure:Everyone has a bad real estate example from a neighbor that had an uncle whose son lived next to a lady that knew a guy that had a friend that had this terrible xyz real estate disaster.Catch my idea? 

I called a bank about a personal loan and to season it but this lady said it would be tough.

Prominent new local franchise owner and family needs 5 bedroom, spacious and modern home in Maize schools. 

My former land lady is looking to retire from real estate investing.

I tend to stick with newer (but not brand new properties) but that's not because of anything philosophical it's just based of timelines around heavy cash-flow wants, thinking more modern layouts will seem up-to-date longer, etc.
