Executive Leasing in Wichita
I love working in the Wichita leasing and investing market! It is bouncing back and we are busy! We tend to have a lot of high-end homes needed, especially in Maize and Andover, as that goes hand in hand with the school district in many cases. Right now, we really need 5 bedroom homes in Maize. We have qualified renters coming in from all over and the list is growing, and the inventory is not. We have found it to be a great resource to work with homeowners who aren't getting that sale.
Do you know of anyone in Maize that may be willing to work with us on some executive leases? We have excellent references, happy tenants and great solid maintenance team and vendors. Here are three scenarios right now:
1. Out of state high-level engineer moving in for long term contract with Spirit. Wife, 4 kids, a dog, excellent income and rental references. MAIZE SCHOOL preference. 5 bedrooms, 3000 sq ft.
2. Husband and wife military couple, retiring to Wichita - excellent benefits, income and rental history. 3 children, no pets, no smoking. Needs 5 bedroom.
3. Prominent new local franchise owner and family needs 5 bedroom, spacious and modern home in Maize schools.
We have many more like that and want to serve them! They are running into some questionable PM companies and private owners - we want to show them that Wichita is an excellent choice. All are willing to pay $1800 - $2500 per month!
