You'll want to check with the agency if there are any caps or conditions they stipulate such as max rent that will be paid, utilities that must be included in the rent or other conditions.

It is a mobile home that has been converted to real property and has been renovated.

If they are getting benefits of any kind, have the benefit company/agency deposit the money in your account directly.If they are getting "paid" in cash, good luck.
